Tricoloured stew

250 g of veal

2 onions

3 carrots

Celery

2 cloves of garlic

Rosemary

200 g of peas

4 not too big potatoes

 

 

Cooking time 1 hour

 

 

Chop all the vegetables and then put them in non-stick pan with meat and white wine.

Throw in rosemary too and cover.

Simmer and if needed put some white wine.

After 30 minutes, uncover it and brown (without cover).

In the meanwhile you cook in the microwave oven carrots, potatoes and beans (all separated).

When the meat is browned, throw in some glasses of vegetable broth or water and cook it for 10 minutes then it is ready!
