Pizza

Cooking time 10 minutes in the oven

1/2 cups warm water

250 gr bread flour

baker's active yeast cube

salt to taste

 

Melt ½ cube of yeast in lukewarm water and put 250 gr of flour. Knead the ingredients and let them rest. Sprinkle the ingredients and season the pizza with what is allowed ( tomato sauce, basil and minced bresaola in place of sausage,).

P.S. champignon mushrooms could be added or the very famous greek cheese ( finally in the  0,1% version)  Feta , cooked previously with garlic and parsley or any other ingredient included in the list of the allowed items (chicory and so on).
