Frankfurter sauce

4 chicken frankfurters

1 sprig of rosemary

some leaves of sage

2-3 leaves of basil

1 white onion

1 clove of garlic

1 and half glass of white wine

80-100g philadelphia light 3%

pepper

(optional) MCFA oil

Cooking time 30 minutes

Prepare an onion and garlic mince, put salt in it, cook it with a half glass of white wine and simmer it for 10 minutes (eventually 2/3 spoonfuls of MCFA oil).

Chop the herbs, add them to the onion with a half glass of white wine, and cook everything for other 10 minutes.

Now add the cut into thin slices chicken frankfurters, mix, put ground black pepper, amalgamate some minutes and pour half glass of white wine.

On the stove for 10 minutes then it's ready.

Now put the Philadelphia light 3%, stir it well because it must amalgamate with the sauce, and it's ready
