Felafel

250 g of chickpeas

half onion

1 – 2 cloves of garlic

A sprig of parsley

Preparation time 15 minutes

30 minutes for resting the mixture before cooking

30 minutes for the cooking in oven

24 hours for soaking the chickpeas

We put onion, garlic and parsley in the mixer and we mince, afterwards we put the chickpeas and we mince them but not at all, the chickpeas must become pretty grainy.

They don't have to get creamy!!!

Let's knead it with the other ingredients and we let the mixer rest for 30 minutes.

In order to soften the mixer, we can use some spoonful of milk (0,1% fat) or MCT oil.

The oven must 180° we put the balls in it for 30 minutes, after 15 minutes we flip them.

Very tasty dish!

P.S. We tried to add some turmeric.....very good as well
